Jack Schneider is an artist and curator living in Chicago, IL. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He is a curatorial assistant at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, he is also co-director of Prairie, a contemporary art exhibition space focused on critically engaged emerging artists. His own work—which investigates the effects of anthropogenic activity on other species and the environment—has been exhibited at Horse & Pony Fine Art (Berlin, 2018), Bass & Reiner (San Francisco, 2017), 1.5 Rooms (Brooklyn, 2017), Adds Donna (Chicago, 2017), Born Nude (Chicago, 2015) and Lodos (Mexico City, 2013).
